Westside Young People's Centre
Westside Young People’s Centre is a place that offers a variety of activities that include Pool, Table Tennis, Basketball, Music Studio and fitness gym with qualified tutors. In addition we have a computer suite with internet access and cooking facilities. The centre is a great place to meet new friends and gain new skills in our range of activities.

The Youth Programme provides young people with opportunities to get involved in a variety of fun and educational activities
The programme is for young people aged 11-19 years old. [Up to 25 years if you have an additional need/Disability].
Westside is also a place where you can get advice and support from different service providers to help you with things like; dealing with drug and alcohol problems, managing learning difficulties, improving your chances of securing a good job and making positive life choices.

We are a centre that specifically supports and cater for young people with disabilities and it is fully accessible. To join our sessions all you need to do is drop in and complete a membership form with our friendly youth workers.
Our programmes are flexible, we consult with young people about the different activities that they would like to see us provide. There are also opportunities to gain accreditation and to participate in trips and residential experiences.

We also host online zoom groups during the Covid 19 pandemic featuring quizzes, discussions and games. Our disabilities group have been involved in the Deans Gardens art redevelopment and involved in a virtual discussion about their community.
