Youth and Connexions has developed a new approach to the delivery of youth work in two areas in the borough, Acton and Northolt. The aim of the work is to increase young people's access to activities and services. The role of the neighbourhood worker is to link with voluntary/community groups, schools and other organisations, both statutory and voluntary, that are in touch with young people age 13 to 19 in order to support existing projects and also develop new initiatives in line with young people's identified needs.
