Horizons Education and Achievement Centre

However old you are, Horizons is a place where you can get advice, learn life skills, or even just take some time out and listen to music. It was set up by the Children and Families Team and Ealing’s Youth and Connexions services, with the advice and input from young people themselves, who help make it as successful as it is!

It is a great place to meet new people, share your experiences and do something different. Horizons also organises loads of trips out. Recent trips have been to see Kevin Spacey the film director himself! And even an outdoors summer opera.

But it doesn’t stop there.

At Horizons you’ll be able to get advice on range of issues. For example the Employment Outreach Team and the ME mentoring group are based there. You can also use the centre as a place to meet your social worker, Connexions adviser or the post-16 teacher.

This is also the place to go if you want information about joining the Corporate Parents Panel, finding a personal adviser or getting a mentor. To get more information call them on (020) 8537 4940. Or visit them at 13 Cherington Rd Hanwell W7 3HL
