Fee £20 per hour (£10.00 per part half hour) List of play centres in Ealing.

• Fees must be paid in advance. Please enclose payment with this form. Make cheques/postal orders payable to London Borough of Ealing. Do not send cash.
• Please note when hiring a council play centre, the play area surrounding the building is still open for use to the public.
• This booking is not confirmed until this form is completed and an official confirmation letter is received.
