Are you interested in taking part in a range of fun and creative activities taking place in the February half term 2011.
In order to participate you must complete a registration and consent form which you can download from below or can also be obtained by calling (020) 8825 8226 or by mailing payp@ealing.gov.uk and leaving a clear message/phone number/postal address.
Young People can book in advance by returning the form to the address provided, places are only confirmed once you have been sent a confirmation letter which you will need to bring with you on the first day.
Alternatively young people can turn up on site with a completed form but please note, that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so make sure you arrive early!
You will need a separate registration and consent form for each individual site.
