Duke of Edinburgh's Award

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is an accredited programme of leisure time activities for young people. There are three levels bronze, silver and gold. Each level has four sections: 

  • Service
  • Skill
  • Physical
  • Expedition with an additional section of a residential at gold

The Award Centre offers advice and expedition training as the main part of the programme. Other courses such as first aid are offered as and when required.
