We hope this information gives some ideas about activities and places to go in Ealing and around London. A number of the listings are specifically for disabled children or adults and others are mainstream opportunities that positively welcome people with disabilities.
Many of the activities listed here are free, others may have a charge. However, some places may have reduced charges for people with disabilities and several give free entry to a carer. Always ask!
Whilst some of the activities are offered on a drop in basis, others you would need to ring or book beforehand.
